1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Service Description
Rahman Information Technology (RIT) is a Dhaka; Bangladesh based services provider, offering solutions & services designed with a focus on secure, scalable, expandable and reliable business systems. Now we are currently provides to customers the following services,

3. Product Sales
Rahman Information Technology supplying various kinds of branded products with the best quality to serve the market with the good quality products and on time delivery.
4. Price
The quoted prices are in Bangladeshi taka. These prices include all expenses. Prices are subject to proportionate change if there any charge imposed by the Government and if the exchange rate between dollar and Taka changes in the time period of this offer and the placement of purchase order.
5. Delevary
Delivery will be made within 3 weeks from the date of receiving the purchase order.
6. Warranty
Rahman Information Technology offers of a standard warranty with each hardware purchased. That includes any manufacturer fault or any kind of servicing needed. No warranty for the battery of the UPS. Please note that any problem that is related with the power failure will void this warranty.
7. Payment
- All payments (Cheque) should be made in the name of “Rahman Information Technology.”
- As per company policy, cost for the purchased any hardware should be fully paid in advance.
- 75% of the approximate cost for the LAN configuration should be paid also in advance on confirming the job.
- Balance should be paid within 3 days after completion of the total setup.
- Monthly Bill for maintenance is payable with in the 07th of every current month in advance.
- 15% VAT to be charged for Monthly maintenance bill.
- No VAT to be charged for one time and yearly fees.
8. Offer Validity
The offer validity will be 15 days from the date of issuance of the Quotation.
9. Service Contract
After Setup if you require any additional services other than the above list likes trouble shooting O/S installation, mail server set up or re-configuration etc., you can sign a separate Service Agreement with RIT.
